Abstract
The main objective of the study was to assess the variations in social attitudes/beliefs and behavioral intentions related to FGM and gender in settings where TGG-ALM interventions have been implemented comparing data among those exposed and those who were not exposed to the interventions in Sool and Sanaag regions in Somaliland. The study design was cross-sectional community-based survey among 620 women and girls aged 15-60 years, and 491 men and boys aged 15-60 years in Sool, and 445 women and girls aged 15-60 years, and 498 men and boys aged 15-60 years in Sanaag regions of Somaliland.
