Abstract

This video reviews the purpose and value of an asset-building approach in girls’ programs and demonstrates how to conduct an asset exercise using the Building Assets Toolkit. With two real-life examples included, viewers will see the impact an approach such as this can take in their design process, easing their program planning process, grounding program content in the true needs of their participants, and making for a more positive and measurable program overall.
