Abstract
Las mentoras empiezan un camino de siete sesiones en el que guian a muchas niñas hacia el conocimiento, la soberanía alimentaria y el porvenir. Además de enseñarles a realizar un huerto familiar, las niñas aprenderán a preguntar en su comunidad, a imaginar lo que serán en el futuro y a hablar con la tierra. Esta pequeña guía ayudará a llevar mejor las sesiones. Todos sus contenidos serán ampliados y reforzados a través de materiales complementarios: canciones, textos e imágenes para compartir con el grupo.

Mentors begin a path of seven sessions in which they guide many girls toward knowledge, food sovereignty, and the future. In addition to teaching them how to make a family garden, the girls will learn to ask questions in their community, to imagine what they will be like in the future, and to communicate with the earth. This guide will help mentors better carry out the sessions. Its contents will be expanded and reinforced with complementary materials: songs, texts, and images to share with the group.
